They share tips of the trade that they have gathered through years of experience. All the recipes are delicious and they help make them achievable... We continually surprised ourselves (and friends) with each new bake. The course is well rounded in its selection of bakes and we now have a new dozen favourites to add to our repertoire. (The pastry is delicious and none of the recipes are too sweet.) We can’t wait for the second course. Sign up... you won’t regret it... and you’ll be everyone’s favourite!!
